Tiered Service Model

Tier 1: Pick Up

In tier one, the client can pick up their catering order from Frida Authentic Mexican Restaurant at their desired time. All food items will be packaged to retain their temperature best and prevent spills during transport. The only associated cost is a packaging fee, which can range from $20-$50 for most orders.

Tier 2: Delivery

Frida will deliver to your address and unload the catering goods at your preferred location, offering flexible options to suit your event. All food items will be packaged to best retain their temperature and prevent spills during transport. Delivery cost depends on location and time of day.

Tier 3: Full Buffet Set Up

If your event calls for a buffet, we can transport and deliver the food, tables,s and catering equipment to your venue. This includes hotel chafing dishes or wire racks, tables, table skirts, portable flame canisters, serving utensils, and hot and cold boxes. This service costs $500 plus delivery.

Tier 4: Buffet with Attendants

If you and your guests prefer a worry-free experience, this tier is ideal. You get the full buffet setup with attendants who will monitor, clean, and refill the buffet as needed. They will also answer any food-related questions to help your event run smoothly. This service costs $500 plus a predetermined hourly wage for the staff needed.
